The BAUMASTER silicate and silicone plaster manufactured on the basis of potassium water-glass, silicone emulsion, water-based dispersion of acrylic resin and mineral fillers and modifying admixtures is suitable for manual decorative plastering on concrete substrates, mineral base plasters, gypsum substrates and gypsum plasterboards, etc. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Depending on the mineral fillers used, it is possible to obtain a full dashed texture or pitted skin texture with different grain thickness. Recommended especially for façade plastering in the BAUMASTER external wall insulation system.
Application temperature: from +5°C to +25°C and relative air humidity below 65%.
Grain size distribution: 1.5; 2 and 3 mm; bulk density: 1,86 g/cm3 drying time (depending on substrate absorbability, temperature and humidity): 12-48 hours
DASHED TEXTURE: 1.5 mm - approx. 2.4 kg/m²; 2 mm - approx. 3.4 kg/m²; 3 mm - approx. 5 kg/m²;
PITTED SKIN TEXTURE: 2 mm - approx. 2.4 kg/m²; 3 mm - approx. 3.7 kg/m²;
