The EXPERT quick-setting floor underlayment 15-80 mm is manufactured as a dry mix of cement, mineral fillers and modifying additives. Recommended for quick renovations. It is designed for making floor underlayments in the following systems: composite, on the separation layer, floating and heating on concrete, screed, anhydrite substrates, for indoor use.
Composition: Portland cement, high alumina cement, mineral fillers, modifiers
Mixing ratio (water/dry mix): approx. 2 litres of water per 25 kg of dry mix.
Application temperature: from +5°C to +25°C
Grain-size distribution: max. 4 mm
Minimum thickness of the layer depending on the pouring system: combined with the substrate: from 15 mm; on the separation layer: from 35 mm; floating: from 40 mm; underfloor heating: thickness of the underlayment over the heating layer min. 35 mm
Maximum layer thickness: 80 mm
Pot life after mixing with water: approx. 20 minutes
Foot traffic: after 3 hours (at the temperature of +20°C)
Cladding layers may be laid after approximately 24 hours.
