Self-levelling underlayment

Self-levelling underlayment 2-35 mm 6h BAUMASTER is designed for indoor levelling cement, concrete, anhydrite and also ceramic underlayments made of natural stone. Used as an underlayment for ceramic tile floors, various types of wooden floors, panels and carpets. It is perfect for levelling of underlayments of heated floors.

Composition: Portland cement, high alumina cement, hydrated lime, mineral fillers, polymer binder, additives.
Bulk density of dry mix: approx. 1.3 g/cm³.
Mixing ratio (water/dry mix): approx. 5.5 litres of water per 25 kg of dry mix.
Application temperature: from +5°C to +25°C
Grain size distribution: max. 0.5 mm ; Layer thickness: 2-35 mm
Pot life after mixing with water: approx. 30 minutes (at the temperature of +200C)
An option of laying further finishing layers: after about 7 days from pouring (at +20°C).
Compressive strength after 28 days: ≥ 30 MPa
Bending strength after 28 days: ≥ 5 MPa
Content of dissolved hexavalent chromium: ≤0.0002%
