Factory made, dry mix for making cement-based primers bound to the substrate with a minimum thickness of 25 mm, or on a separation layer with a minimum thickness of 35 mm. It is suitable for priming all surfaces and hydraulic binders. It can be used for anchoring fence posts and for making and repairing in-situ poured elements after the proper reinforcement has been laid.
